Who will play in the 2021 European Football Championship and when?

The 16th European Football Championship will take place from June 11 to July 11, 2021 in twelve cities in Europe. The tournament was originally planned a year earlier but had to be postponed due to the corona crisis. 24 teams play in 51 games for the European title. Portugal are the defending champions after beating France in the 2016 final. The 2021 semi-finals and final will take place in London at Wembley Stadium. In Germany, the preliminary round will be played in Munich. There will be three group matches and a quarter-final. Other venues are Glasgow, Dublin, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Bilbao, Rome, Budapest, Bucharest, Baku, and Saint Petersburg. Four participants will only be determined after the playoffs.
