Skin Tags

Skin tags are strange little tags of excess skin that stick out from your nice smooth skin. They often happen around the eyes, in the armpits, and other areas where friction happens. Friction is one of the causes of these annoying little skin flecks. Obese and overweight people get them more commonly.

There are oil treatments you can buy at the store that claim to make them go away, or shrink them. There are also home remedies that may do the same thing, like tea tree oil. However, skin tags are harmless, and unless it’s bothering you by blocking sight or in a place where it hurts because of clothing friction, it’s fine to have them. If you have an issue with it your doctor can lance it to remove it.

Pimples aren’t just for teenagers. Adults get them as well, and sometimes often. While they can be a sign of a hormone imbalance, sometimes they are just a product of packed sweat glands. Showering regularly can help, and so can adding some tea tree oil to your body wash.

During the winter, when you’re sweating in your sweater, back acne can become more prevalent. Make sure you give your skin a chance to breath each day and this will help you battle embarrassing back acne.
