Greens you Can Add in your smoothie:

Beet greens, Swiss chard, arugula, carrot top leaves, dandelion greens, collard greens, lettuce or dark leaf lettuce, kale, parsley, mustard greens, spinach, spring greens, sorrel, watercress and turnip greens.

Fruits you Can add in your smoothie:
bananas, grapes (seedless), apples, mango, peaches, berries, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries.

If you're a diabetic use fruits that have low-sugar levels such as: lemons, blueberries, limes, grapefruits, apples, strawberries, cherry, goji berries, raspberries and cranberries.

Fruits that have moderate sugar levels are: oranges, apples, peaches, pears, plums and pomegranates.
Fruits that are high in sugar are: melons, mangos, apricots, kiwis, pineapple, papayas, dates, bananas, figs and grapes.

Don't use too many fruits that are high in sugar!

Your daily snacks should include apples, celery, carrots, cucumber or any crunchy vegetables. You can treat yourself with high protein snack such as unsweetened hard-boiled egg, peanut butter or only a handful raw unsalted seeds and nuts.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 cinnamon sprinkles

Detox Symptoms:

During the first two days, you'll start feeling hungry and little bit nervous. That's the reason why our weight loss plan has snacks included. Eat some snacks when you start feeling hungry, but remember not to stuff yourself with snacks, because you'll not lose weight this way.
