Weight Loss

Many people say that it is not possible to reduce weight without dieting. A plenty of diet plans are available that can help in shedding pounds easily, but it leaves you starving and hungry. But there is no fun in losing weight through dieting, because eventually you will regain it after your diet plan will get over. To remain slim for long time, you should lose weight slowly.

Here are some tips to lose weight without going on a strict diet:-

1. Never skip breakfast

Many people think that skipping the breakfast would help them in losing weight. But breakfast is the first meal of the day and one should never skip it. One should do a healthy and full breakfast which can provide energy to our body throughout the day. Skipping breakfast can make you weak internally.

2. Avoid eating late at night

Avoid the habit of eating late at night, although it is fun! Once in every 10 days is fine but snacking late night daily would definitely increase your weight. Have a light and healthy dinner and shut down your eating process for the day. Just have a cup of tea or a bowl of yogurt if want to enjoy a sweet dish post dinner.

3. Choose beverages wisely

Beverages which are sweet contribute a lot in gaining calories. Never choose aerated drinks as your summer beverage, instead go for cold water, fresh lime water or low fat milk. Vegetable juice is one of the healthy beverages. Keep a watch on the alcohol as it adds lot of calories. Having alcohol one every week or fortnight is fine.

4. Go for a diet rich in Grains

Try replacing refined grain foods like cookies, white bread, plum cakes etc. with whole grain foods which are very healthy and filling. Whole wheat stuff is available in market in abundance because now-a-days people are more diet conscious and prefer brown bread, wheat pasta and brown rice.

5. Divide meals into Portions

This is a very easy task. All you have to do is divide 3 course meals into 6 meals. By following this strategy, you will never starve because you would keep on eating something after every 2 or 3 hours. But this portion meal should not consist of unhealthy snacks and junk food. It is important to include healthy stuff like fruits, salad, green tea and milk.

All the above steps would keep you healthy as it will keep your stomach full always. This is like an intelligent dieting.
