First stop – what is e-liquid made of? E-liquid is typically comprised of four main ingredients:

The higher the nicotine content, the more powerful the throat hit is. the most common strengths are: 0 mg, 3 mg, 6 mg, 12 mg, and 18 mg. A single traditional cigarette contains somewhere from 8 mg to 20 mg of nicotine but the body only absorbs about 1 mg out of that.
The amount of nicotine you get while vaping greatly depends on the quality of vapes your device produces. As a general rule, the smaller the device, the less vapours it is going to produce. For example, if your vaping device is light or cigarette-like, most probably 12 mg is enough for you. However, if you are vaping using a larger device like a box mod, 6 mg or 3 mg might be a better fit. The important thing is to adjust accordingly to the strength that feels right for you.
