While brushing on the outer part of the teeth, both up-down and back-forth motion should be applied generally in order to be sure that the teeth don’t start bleeding.

2. Limit the Phosphorous: Coffee, Sodas and Alcohol

Phosphorus is an essential mineral to ensure healthy oral conditions. But a higher level of intake can affect affect the calcium levels of the body. This can further lead to major dental problems like a tooth decay or other gum diseases. There are other beverages that can contain elements which can change the color of your teeth from pearl white to yellow. Such beverages having corn syrup, food dye etc. should be restricted to consume.

3. More of Calcium and other vitamins

Beverages containing high level of calcium and vitamins can help you to strengthen the teeth and ensure stronger enamel. Calcium rich products are essential for your teeth and also for your bones. Such products like milk, yogurt, cheese, broccoli and other dairy products are certainly essentials. Depending on your age, you can also take supplements as prescribed by your doctor. Healthy gums and calcium is a good way to ensure healthy gums and teeth. Try and include much of these products in your diet.

4. Notice the small symptoms

Many a times, small dental problems like an aching tooth or bleeding gums tend to be ignored by us in the busy routine. We may not take the required methods for the aching jaw or the tooth. There is a possibility that this can be a sign of some major problem. Most of the time, suc dental issues can be resolved at an initial level.
