Time management is very critical not only in project management but it is important in every aspect of life. If time is not properly managed then it will lead to project delays, and in some cases organizations have paid penalties to the clients as they could not complete the project in specified period of time due to improper time management. So it is important that project managers keep a hawk eye on the deadline date and ensure that the project is progressed steadily and ensure that it will be completed within or on specified date. It is always recommended that the project is completed before the specified date so that they have additional buffer time to address discrepancies within the project and deliver it to the client on the specified date.
