University applications have sky rocketed over the course of the last 2 years and the appeal of higher education within the UK (despite a rise in fees) has never been as strong. Applications are the highest recorded, so it’s no surprise that the number of student lets has risen too. Student property investments are one of the best kinds of investment because there is always a need for them. There are no signs of it stopping anytime soon either, on top of this yields in student housing are 5-6% higher (on average) than the buy to let market.
