  1. The company that sells TuneUp closed their doors Feb 1 2014. Do not use this program. I bought it in November and ran it on my iTunes library on a Macbook. My library had which was about 700 albums, most of the from CDs I own. My library was ruined. Over 100 songs re renamed in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters. Many albums/CDs were changed to have only some of their tracks associated with the CD; the others were missing. And wrong names were attributed to several hundred songs and some albums and artists. I even had wrong album art assigned to albums. I am still fixing the library painstaking by hand. (I don’t trust a software product to help me now.) The company did not respond to emails or phone calls. My credit card company refunded the price of the software but my library is still messed up. There are so many negative reviews out there of TuneUp (found too late by me), I don’t know why you recommended it.
