Need an Awakening? 7 Adrenaline-Rush Activities That Will Shake You Up

Every once in a while, you need to feel alive, and that's pretty difficult to achieve when you're overwhelmed with responsibilities regarding your job, partner, kids, studies, friends, and all the other random things that tend to occur unexpectedly. If you're waiting for things to clear up, you probably won't ever do anything, because something will always popup and require your attention.

So, it's finally time to put aside that endless list of tasks and chores, and do something wild and exciting. For getting a real adrenaline rush, do absolutely anything of these next things, but be warned - you'll want to do it again!

Deep Diving

No, we're not talking about regular amateur diving, otherwise known as scuba diving. When you go under 100ft, your body experiences a completely different atmosphere that you definitely never felt before. Did you know that more men have been to the Moon than under 300ft? Unexplored depths are quite mysterious and scary for some - imagine that feeling of being so deep in water that you don't even see the surface! Actually, don't imagine it, try it!

Bungee Jumping

This is probably the easiest and the simplest way to get an adrenaline rush. It's probably available on a spot that's in your driving range, so you can decide to go whenever. But, what makes bungee jumping really interesting is that you can do it from a helicopter! This ads a quite interesting factor to the whole thing, because now you can bungee jump practically anywhere. However, if you're doing it for the first time, maybe you should start with the regular jump.

Rafting

Anyone can go rafting, no matter the skillset you have. There are many different levels of rafting, so you can switch between rivers or perhaps just their sections. If you're an amateur, you'll be happy to know that even the easiest field will make you sit at the edge of your seat, but you'll probably want to change difficulty in time - it's like playing a video game!

Rock Climbing

This can be pretty exhilarating if you have a good coach with you and do some research. If you have no previous experience, you should start indoors and see how it goes on a simulator. That will be fun for some time, but you'll feel the need to try the real thing in no time. Before you make a rash decision, consult your coach and find out where you should go, or better yet, bring your coach with you and learn from the expert.

Skydiving

Who wouldn't want to fly? Well, skydiving is the closest thing to it, and I bet you'll fall in love with the feeling. But, before you actually jump, you'll need to go through some basic training, and the first jump you make will need to be with a trained professional capable of taking care of you. However, people didn't stop at jumping out of a moving plane - there's something called Extreme Skydiving which is obviously all about moving the boundaries, and there are people skydiving somewhere between 30 and 60,000ft! Get over your first few jumps and you can pull stuff like this.

Roller Coaster Ride

The cheapest way to get an adrenaline rush is by a roller coaster, and it's also the easiest one to access. There is no training required, and you'll have a lot of fun. So, what are you waiting for - stand in line for the scariest ride you see and get ready to scream!

Skiing

Similar to drafting, skiing is also something you can level up with. My suggestion is to have a trainer if you have no clue what you're doing, because they will enable you to progress faster. But, unlike most things on this list, skiing requires your time and dedication, so you won't be able to get your dose of adrenaline in a day. But, if you go through with it, trust me - it will be worth it!

Any of these activities will turn you into an adrenaline junkie. Bear in mind this fact, because your life will never be the same - it will be much better! I hope you actually decide to do any of the above and that you have fun. Give me some feedback on how it goes!
