There are other beverages that can contain elements which can change the color of your teeth from pearl white to yellow. Such beverages having corn syrup, food dye etc. should be restricted to consume.

3. More of Calcium and other vitamins

Beverages containing high level of calcium and vitamins can help you to strengthen the teeth and ensure stronger enamel. Calcium rich products are essential for your teeth and also for your bones. Such products like milk, yogurt, cheese, broccoli and other dairy products are certainly essentials. Depending on your age, you can also take supplements as prescribed by your doctor. Healthy gums and calcium is a good way to ensure healthy gums and teeth. Try and include much of these products in your diet.

4. Notice the small symptoms
