Where does light come from? It’s quite a broad question that can be answered in many different ways. But if we’re talking about light, illumination, in general then we can start all the way back in 13,000 BC with the primitive lamp. Unlike lamps you see today, these “lamps” were actually just shells or hollow rocks found by cavemen to help light up their caves by reflecting light. Clever isn’t it?
