The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies is currently hosting a debate on The Employee Free Choice Act

On March 10, 2009, the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) was re-introduced to Congress. The EFCA would amend existing labor law to incorporate provisions for card check, mandatory arbitration, and higher penalties for organizational unfair labor practices.
